I make an effort to implement more eco-conscious and ethical practices and am committed to continuing my education on sustainability to create experiences that are better for the environment. And as part of this effort, I always prioritize partnerships with small, local businesses.

My ultimate goal is to help you plan something where you can be a part of the action and make amazing memories with your loved ones (instead of worrying about the logistics on the sidelines.)

I’m Hannah, the human behind the Hummingbird Event Company, and I'm on a mission to curate memorable, meaningful, and completely tailored experiences for all of life’s occasions. I’m here to take away the burden of managing all the little details and help you create something truly unforgettable - whether it’s a wedding day or a weeklong getaway. And with all of my services, I emphasize making thoughtful and environmentally conscious choices.
When I'm not giddily putting together logistics, you can find me chasing my very large dog around, drinking my 4th cup of coffee, or trying not to spend all my money at the bookstore (often all in the same day.)

It was really important to the both of us that we hired someone that cared about being sustainable, creating intentional events, was a minority owned business and would partner on the wedding planning process. Hannah was all of these things.
Hannah was very organized and had an app in which we documented all the details. Then day of, she handled all the vendors and I didn't have to worry about a thing...also her demeanor was super calm which made me feel less nervous and at ease
