Even if you're planning a more relaxed celebration, there are always moving parts to keep track of, rabbit holes to go down, and all types of mixed advice online pointing you in different directions. It's easy to see why wedding planning sucks up so much time!
By working with a planning professional, you’ll get soooo much time back, and more importantly, you'll know you’re actually spending your time on the right things - the things that actually matter.
But to your chagrin, once you decide to enlist some help you might STILL feel overwhelmed. If you haven’t planned a wedding before, you might not know what’s type of planning package is the right option for you. “You don’t know what you don’t know,” as the saying goes.
That’s why I specialize in a Signature Wedding Management service designed to meet the needs that most couples face! It covers all of the basics you’d find in a traditional “day of coordination package,” but you’ll get the peace of mind that comes with a more collaborative approach starting from day one. I want to set all of my couples up for success from the very beginning. And more than anything, I want to make the planning process manageable and enjoyable for you. Because planning your wedding is something to feel EXCITED about!
When the wedding day arrives (yay!), I’ll be there to manage all the logistics from set-up through tear-down to ensure everything runs smoothly and you can focus on being present with each other and your loved ones.

Access to a personal online planning portal that we’ll use to collaborate and stay on track
Curated recommendations for vendors based on your needs and vision
Developing a detailed wedding timeline that will make it easy for you, and your vendor team, to stay on track throughout the day. We’ll make sure the timeline is realistic, without being overwhelming.
Attending a venue walkthrough with you and developing layouts for each part of your event
Regular advice on how to create a more environmentally-conscious wedding day
A 1-page wedding design mood board
Taking over communication with wedding vendors 4 weeks before the wedding day
Coordinating your ceremony rehearsal
Up to 12 hours of on-site support on your wedding day with a day-of wedding assistant
Overseeing the set-up of ceremony and reception spaces and acting as the point of contact for your vendor team
Handling the set-up of wedding day decor that’s not handled by other vendors (such as a guestbook, table numbers, etc.)
Day-of coordination to manage the timeline and flow of events throughout the wedding day
Packing up all your personal/wedding items at the end of the night and make sure they go home with your designated person
Assisting with event clean up and tear down at the end of the night
Access to Hummingbird Event Co. rental inventory which includes items like table number holders, card baskets, cake stands, etc.

Pre-stocking your accommodations with curated snacks and beverages for you (or your guests) to enjoy throughout your stay, saving you the time and hassle of making trips to the grocery store. (And, as much as possible, we aim to bring you locally-made goods to enhance your PNW experience.)
Booking onsite services to facilitate rest and relaxation during the wedding weekend, such as couple’s massages, group yoga classes, and spa services.
Planning local activities like whale watching, guided hikes, or bike rentals for you and your guests to more fully experience all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Creating custom travel guides to offer guests with information on travel, local activities, restaurants, and a background of the area to make sure your loved ones can make the most of their trip and spare you from having to play travel agent. (You can also save yourself some time and add this to your wedding website!)
